Ingredients
14 oz Manischewitz® Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth (1 can)
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup pimentos, diced
1/4 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Coleman's® mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup Manischewitz® Matzo Meal
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon Chef Paul’s® Poultry Magic
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place meat mixture in a full loaf pan or 6 – 1/2 cup ramekins.
Bake in a 375° oven for 50 minutes if using a loaf pan or 18 minutes if using individual ramekins or until internal temperature reaches 185°.
