In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil 1 to 2 minutes.
Add Manischewitz® Chicken Broth and simmer 5 minutes.
In a food processor, purée roasted red peppers; add to broth.
Add cayenne pepper to taste; remove from heat and keep warm; allow to set 5 to 10 minutes to let flavors blend.
Grill chicken, turning frequently to avoid burning; grill until internal temperature reaches 170° (cooking time varies depending on thickness of meat).
Place chicken on serving plates and top with sauce; serve with desired side dishes.
